Our entire Virtual Classroom experience has been designed to be as efficient, engaging and effective as a traditional face-to-face option. Together with our expert trainers, we’ve rebuilt our most popular courses, optimising them for a live, connected environment.

Our Virtual Classroom option also offers significantly more flexibility – allowing you to complete your training at a time and place that is most convenient for you. This eliminates unnecessary travel time and costs. All you need is a device and an internet connection.

• Courses are delivered via our industry-leading platform which includes functionality that enables open and engaging communication – from live chat and annotation through to breakout rooms and polls.
• Our trainers are certified to deliver courses virtually and use a range of techniques to help you make the most of your learning experience.
• Choose from multiple course durations. A shorter duration, for example, 5 sessions, requires you to connect for more hours per day than a 7 session course. This gives you the opportunity to optimise your learning based on your personal preferences.
• When you complete your course, you’ll receive an internationally recognised digital certificate from LRQA, which highlights your achievement.
• We also deliver several CQI & IRCA accredited courses virtually. This ensures that you can satisfy the formal training requirements of CQI & IRCA whilst benefitting from the flexibility of our virtual classroom setting.
• For some accredited courses, we can offer online verbal examinations. This option gives you a result immediately – so there’s no delay between taking your exam, receiving your certificate and celebrating your success.
